Joe Plant is a professional botanist
that discovered an
unidentifiable, alien species of plant while
working out in the field. The plant stabbed him and
transmitted some of its DNA into him. As a result,he transforms
into a human/plant hybrid given the
supernatural ability
to grow and generate plant life at
will. Joe has some issues in the beginning accepting
his transformation and tries to carry on
with the human identity he is familiar
with.
